To my loyal people, I regret I must write this decree. I prefer that the laws of Lapiths are not tremendously strict, however due to recent events, this must change. The laws of Lapiths will be enforced. The guards in each city will be tripled, and there will be no toleration if the existing laws are broken. With this increase of guards each city guard will be drafting more people in order to fulfill the increase of guards. Any workplaces that oppose their workers being taken for governmental use will be shut down and the owner will pay a severe penalty. Another branch is being created for law enforcement. This branch, the Protector Imperial, will work directly with myself, the Emperor of Darkness. There will be no draft for these jobs, however those who apply will be paid grandly. Only a select few will be handpicked to be a part of the Protector Imperial. Those who are chosen will be given wealth that can support themselves and their entire families with a tenth of the entirety of the riches. Applicants can apply at the royal palace in New Mayhem for the next sixty days. In conclusion, all kitsune will be required to participate in a census. Those who do not participate will be sent to New Mayhem for the punishment I decide to give.

Caeco Lapiths News + The Emperor of Caeco Lapiths had died of old age, leaving his child in charge of the land.
+ Darkness shrouding Caeco Lapiths seems to grow stronger and denser, Light seems to be fading.
+ Rebellions are occurring, the few members of the Light are fighting to keep their sparks of hope alive.
+ The first attempt on the Emperor's life has been made, the guard in the castle is in an uproar, though on the streets of New Mayhem it's being covered up so the people don't worry.
+ The second attempt on the Emperor's life has been made, and now those who lurk in the underworld are aware of this and joining sides with the Rebels. The tensions are rising.
+ The princess was brazenly attacked in the streets the other day, luckily she had an escort and the palace Mage, Frost managed to stop the madman from injuring her. He was captured and is being held.
+ The princess hasn't been seen in a while, it is speculated that the madman from the other day kidnapped her from the very palace he'd been he was being held captive in. No news of her condition or randsome information have been released to the public.
